1. Digital Product Policy
Since we sell digital keys and codes that are delivered instantly via email, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered to your email address.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:
- Invalid Key: If the digital key you received is invalid or does not work, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate order.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing product delivery, we will investigate and provide a solution or refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements before purchase)
- Already redeemed or used keys
- Regional restrictions (keys are region-specific)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Wallet Credits
If you paid using wallet credits, refunds will be credited back to your wallet balance immediately upon approval.
